Windows File Recovery mampu memulihkan file yang terhapus secara tak sengaja, hardisk terformat, berkas yang rusak.
Windows File Recovery support beberapa type file, seperti dokumen, video dan foto. Aplikasi ini juga bisa mengembalikan file terhapus pada SD Card, flashdisk dan berfungsi pada beberapa jenis SSD.
Namun Windows File Recovery ini, belum menggunakan Interface windows, masih berupa command prompt.
