Spot Bitcoin ETFs have recorded a $510 million inflow over three consecutive days, ending what had been a 10-day outflow streak and signaling renewed institutional optimism for the cryptocurrency.

The rebound in ETF flows has coincided with Bitcoin's recovery toward the $65,000 level, with the coin trading around $65,000 to $66,500 as of late July 2026. The price action represents a tentative recovery after BTC declined more than 30% from earlier peaks in the second quarter.

BlackRock's IBIT and Fidelity's FBTC were notable contributors to the positive sessions, suggesting that institutional investors are finding value at current levels. Cumulative ETF inflows remain strongly positive year-to-date, with hundreds of billions in net inflows historically reflecting sustained institutional interest despite volatility.

The earlier outflow period, which saw roughly $2.73 billion in redemptions, was tied to macroeconomic concerns and broader market weakness in May. However, moderating inflation expectations and the Fed's dovish tilt have provided tailwinds for risk assets.

Analysts note that maintaining above $64,000 is key to reversing the downtrend, with potential upside toward $70,000 if the recovery gains momentum. Market participants will watch the July 29 Fed decision closely as a potential catalyst for further price action.
